Our internship program is a full 120-hour program lasting up to 10-12 weeks. Throughout the program, interns will have the opportunity to work alongside other ambitious young leaders from across the country, hone their craft, and engage with professionals across a variety of industries.  

Our fellowship is a 6-8 week engaging virtual program guided by one of our trained peer mentors. This program will take you through DreemChasers University, where you will be challenged every step of the way to discover more about yourself, leadership, and the power of community! 

Our professional mentors are the driving force behind our mission to empower and inspire the next generation of young leaders. As a grassroots organization, our focus is to represent our communities by empowering young leaders within them to take an active role in the change they wish to see. The best way to ensure their success is through mentorship from volunteers who are willing to share their experiences and support their journey.
